Clean production halls and material yards.
Construction and building-material facilities can include indoor production floors, storage halls, packing lines and outdoor yards. Sand, mineral dust, concrete residue, pallet debris and packaging may need different handling indoors and outside.
Match collection to debris and location
Industrial sweepers can collect suitable loose material across broad floor routes and yards. Scrubber dryers can wash compatible indoor floors after loose debris is removed. Industrial vacuums may help with localized dust and cleanup when their filtration and collection setup matches the material. Fine mineral dust requires careful filtration selection and maintenance planning.
Plan for mixed indoor and outdoor work
- Record surface type, debris size, dust levels, slopes and outdoor exposure.
- Measure yard routes, doorways, ramps and transitions between indoor and outdoor floors.
- Compare hopper capacity, filter cleaning, brush wear, water use and operator protection.
- Separate routine floor cleaning from construction-site dust control or process extraction.
Specify the job before comparing machines
Provide photos, the daily route, area, debris volume, working hours, local voltage and destination. Explain whether the same machine must move between a production hall and yard. Confirm the model's intended use, filtration, brushes, service items, spare-parts package and delivery arrangement with the manufacturer.
