Support routine cleaning in food and beverage facilities.
Food and beverage sites may have wet production areas, washdown routines, ingredient residue, packaging debris and frequent cleaning cycles. The floor, drainage, cleaning chemicals and site sanitation procedure all affect which machine configuration is appropriate.
Start with the facility cleaning procedure
Scrubber dryers can support routine floor washing and water recovery on compatible surfaces. Wet-dry vacuums may assist with localized liquid or debris collection only when the equipment and approved site procedure permit. The machine must fit the facility's cleaning sequence and hygiene controls; equipment selection alone does not establish food-safety compliance.
Review floor and operating conditions
- Describe floor texture, slopes, drains, thresholds and areas with standing water.
- Confirm cleaning frequency, available wash windows and where tanks can be filled and emptied.
- Check detergent compatibility, squeegee recovery, tank cleaning and storage requirements.
- Consider operator movement, noise, charging and separation of cleaning tools by area.
Confirm the proposed configuration
Share the process area, residue type, floor plan, cleaning schedule, local voltage and destination. Ask the supplier to identify the exact model, included brushes or pads, water-recovery setup, compatible accessories and recommended spare parts. Verify any requested ingress-protection or conformity claims against the specific model documentation.
